When I heard the news yesterday I just cried and cried.
My heart aches for all those mothers and fathers who can no longer kiss their children and hug them and tell them they are loved.
My children are so lucky to grow up safe and free
and with the rights to go to school and follow their religion.
I am endlessly grateful for that.
